My laptop is always with me and now I’ve made it into a fashion accessory thanks to CaseApp. I love the update of just putting a skin on your laptop can do, I feel like I have a brand new computer. Right now you can use the code “THELALALOOKBOOK20” on CaseApp to get a discount on a laptop skin and/or a cellphone case.

It’s been awhile since I first started the hunt for the perfect suede dress. I could never find the right color or right sleeve style. I was so happy when Shop-FW reached out to do a collaboration because as soon as I checked out there products, I instantly fell in love with this suede choker dress. The dress is amazing and is a great price. It was exactly what I’ve been searching for. This look is perfect for the California winter. I love that it has long sleeves but also a choker and open V cut neck. This is a great modern piece that you need in your closet.
When I went to the city for holiday shopping I stumbled upon the chain link bag. How cute is this NO chain link bag from Zara. It is an awesome accessory, I can’t wait to wear it with a cute pair of track pants and booties.

Starting out the New Year in comfy attire. I’m a huge fan of casual wear during the week. I got this awesome knit sweater from shop-fw.com. The hearts on the elbows are super cute. It’s really lightweight so I wore on a sunny day. If you chose to wear a lightweight knit now you can layer under or over. This sweater made me reminisce of the year round warm weather in Los Angeles. I’m so into the cropped jeans with sneakers look. Right now cropped denim works best with booties but I can’t wait to be in sneakers again. Hope this look reminds you of the warm weather!

The velvet trend is not going anywhere and I finally got my hands on the perfect navy velvet midi dress. This amazing dress is by shop-fw.com. The dress fits perfect and I’m really loving the strap details in the front. The dress requires minimal accessories, it looks so gorgeous and is definite statement maker. I paired this look with a high ankle nude color boot. This is a great New Year’s dress and I’m so happy to wear it during the holiday season. The velvet texture adds a weight to the look that definitely makes this a winter season look. Just add a sparkle clutch and some killer heels and this is your go to holiday party look.

I finally got a robe coat last week. It’s great to throw on and it really goes with everything. I love how it keeps you super warm and adds a dressy element. A must have for the next few months of winter. I paired this Mango coat with a flare sleeved sweater and a white pant. Add some Adidas sneakers and you’re ready for all your weekend activities.

When I have nothing to wear I always go for the little black dress. To make it day wear I threw a bomber over it. Loving the layers created thanks to the long line bomber. The best part of this jacket is it’s super warm so it’s been my go too recently. Lastly finished the look with these lacy + mesh bootie. This look easily took me from day to night. Have any of you seen the new bracelet that’s a holder for your hair ties. I’m in desperate need of one, my hair tie is always on my wrist. I posted a link at the bottom of this post. It’s so amazing, changes your hair band to a piece of jewelry. Definitely a great last minute gift idea. I’m ordering one now.

Velvet a new fun way to dress up your outfit. I paired these super pretty blue lace up shoes with my favorite cropped jean by ASOS and a hoodie I got at the Pablo pop up in SF. I really love this orange blue combo, this outfit definitely took me out of my color comfort zone. This hoodie is perfect. I’m loving the oversized look especially for casual wear. This fabulous bootie by AmiClubWear.com is perfect for both your causal and dress up holiday looks. I love the gold hardware details on the gorgeous blue color. What do you think of dressing down velvet and adding it to your causal looks?

Bringing the bell sleeve into cooler temperatures, plus a matching flare pant. This bell bottom pant by Zara is the perfect pant for the winter. It’s a rib knit, which has been my favorite texture in clothing for awhile now, and high waisted. The pant is a perfect match to my crop top flare sleeve top. I’m so into the tie! I posted a similar style below. Would you wear a matching top + pant

Gray is one of my go to colors and I now have three gray coats in my closet. To be honest, I don’t even have a black one. The texture on this coat is the main reason I’m sold. I love the wool hair details and the heaviness it adds to the look. A recent purchase for me is this oversized white button down. I knotted the front and paired it over a gray midi dress with gray velvet heels. I like the result of the layered look and the slit skirt adds an extra unexpected element.
