Going through my closet I found one piece that I’ve kept for about 10 years. It’s a vintage DKNY slip dress, purchased thrift, and I’ve kept it forever knowing I would use it someday. I wish that I dug through my closet sooner because the slip dress is back in style. I’ve also noticed with some recent fast fashion the hem stitch down the middle, so this dress is on point right now! I wanted to share with you a vintage coat that I own as well. It’s from Ivey’s department stores which is now owned by Dillard’s. I have no idea what kind of fur it is, so I could probably do some more research. I’m so into the color of this coat right now, definitely perfect for fall. As you can tell from previous posts that I’m really into the oversized look and the oversized coats are in right now. The bigger the better for outerwear.
How cute are these velvet heels! I’ve seen velvet in blazers, outerwear, and shoes ever since fashion week. I previously purchased a pair of velvet over the knee boots during the summer and I had no idea they’d become such a huge trend. I thought I would stick true to the velvet trend with shoes. I love how it adds texture and shine without the overkill.
I linked similar faux fur coats if you’re feeling the look and color of this coat.
